One of those lovely days where I miss Maine. Always yearning for the quietness of untouched snow and the friendliness of a small town. I miss my Dad, my family, old friends. I feel like its time to come back after I finish school.

So yesterday in class I sliced my thumb open with my shears. It was awesome. I lost a ton of blood and had to get stitches. Hahaha. It was actually really funny. They say it happens to every cosmo student, I just didn’t expect it. Hopefully today is a better day?

I did my first hair cut yesterday. It was exhilerating! and really challenging. I had so much fun though. It’s awesome to put my skills (or lack there of) to the test. I love school so much. Even though class is 8 hours a day 5 days a week, it goes by so fast. I really enjoy what I’m doing....

My first week of class was awesome. I love it so much already. Its so much easier to learn when you’re actually interested in what you’re learning. I got a ninety-five on my first written test and a pass on my technical. :) Things are going so well right now. I’m finally looking forward to the future again which I haven’t felt in months. I have things to figure out, but...
